Employment History and Experience

BAE Systems, July 2009 – May 2010, Multimedia Specialist

Mr. Milliner was part of the multimedia team located at the Bethesda Maryland NGA site. He was responsible for creating dynamic interactive presentations to support NGA geospatial intelligence analysis. He interacted directly with the customer in order to come up with a unique interactive presentations using Macromedia Flash software and coding in Action Script 2. He was also tasked with developing a brand new standard operating procedures in order to streamline developer/customer communication, data transfer and overall product quality. Mr. Milliner also utilized a variety of other software suites, formats and databases to accomplish his mission for the Multimedia Specialist Service, some of which included:

  • CS3 and CS4: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Fireworks for graphic creation and manipulation
  • Video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Macromedia Flash Video Encoder.
  • Professional storyboards and scripts for multimedia presentations.
  • The incorporation of 2-D and 3-D animations of moving maps as well as thematic maps

BAE Systems, February 2009 – July 2009, Assoc Quality Assurance Analyst

Mr. Milliner’s primary responsibility was to provide electronic document conversion support services for the purposes of information analysis and dissemination. Efforts include document analysis, scanning, digitizing, tagging and storage of historical documents in hardcopy files and other formatted media. He also conducted quality assurance checks to ensure accurate, quality information.

 

BAE Systems, Jan 2008 - Oct 2008, Senior Catalog Coordinator/Research Analyst

Mr. Milliner was assigned to Global Analysis. He was part of the team responsible for full-scale inventory of Hydro/ topographical maps at the NGA GEOINT research center in Bethesda, Maryland . Mr. Milliner was also tasked with digitally editing, enhancing and filing foreign maps, (with the use of Adobe Photoshop), for translation, as part of the backlog project.
